Refunds

1. No returns/refunds for products after 7 days from purchase date.
2. To initiate a return please contact hotp@hotpjamaica.com with reason for return.
3. No returns/refunds for services.
4. Refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

Cancellation

1. Free cancellation of products 24 hours before slated delivery date.
2. Customer will be charged 50% of cost of product if cancelled after 24 hours.
